You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided the software has not been accessed or activated. Subscriptions renew automatically — cancel before the renewal date to stop future charges. No refund is given for unused portions of a billing cycle. Contact [email protected] for any billing query.

The 14-day refund window

Broadable offers a 14-day refund window on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Refund requests must be submitted by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your transaction reference number. Requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be processed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Digital content and access exception

Broadable products are digital software services that are made available immediately upon purchase. In accordance with standard digital content consumer law, once you have logged in, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise begun using any Broadable product, the following applies:

Eligible for refund
Not yet accessed: if you have purchased a Broadable product and have not logged in, activated your account, or accessed any feature of the platform, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
At our discretion
Already accessed: if you have logged in, started a trial, used platform features, downloaded templates, or otherwise accessed the software within the 14-day window, refunds are considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
ℹ️
This approach is consistent with Paddle's own Consumer Terms, which state that for digital content that has been started, downloaded, or otherwise acquired, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply. By accessing any Broadable product, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Subscription billing and cancellation

Broadable CRM, Broadable Tasks, and Broadable Feeds are available on monthly or annual subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

Monthly plans
Billed every 30 days from activation. Cancel at any time before your renewal date to prevent the next charge. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
Annual plans
Billed as a single payment every 12 months. Cancel before the annual renewal date to prevent the next charge. The 14-day refund window applies from the date of payment. After 14 days, or after the software has been accessed, no refund is given for the remainder of the annual period.
Renewal reminders
We send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before your subscription renews. Ensure your account email is current and that emails from us are not filtered as spam.
No mid-cycle refunds
There are no refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle after the 14-day window has passed. Cancelling mid-cycle stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days in your current period.

Free trial and first-cycle billing

Broadable CRM includes a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel, your first subscription payment is processed on day 15. The 14-day refund window applies from that first payment date, subject to the digital content access condition in Section 2.

Broadable Proof
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund if you have not yet accessed the platform. Once you have logged in and accessed your dashboard, the software has been delivered and refund eligibility is at our discretion. There are no recurring charges associated with a one-time purchase.

How to request a refund

To submit a refund request, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date. Include the following:

  • Your full name and the email address used at purchase.
  • Your transaction or order reference number (found in your purchase receipt).
  • The product you purchased and the date of purchase.
  • Confirmation that you have not accessed or activated the software (where applicable).

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

⚠️
Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us. If you have a billing concern, contact us directly first at [email protected]. We respond within 1 business day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and will be contested with full transaction evidence.

Paddle-processed refunds

For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record on your transaction and handles refund processing directly under their own consumer terms.

Paddle consumer rights
If you are a Consumer and your purchase was processed by Paddle, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under Paddle's Consumer Terms, unless the digital content exception applies (i.e. you have already accessed or downloaded the product). Paddle's cancellation and refund process is available at paddle.net.
How to request via Paddle
You may submit a refund request directly to Paddle at paddle.net or by contacting us at [email protected] and we will liaise with Paddle on your behalf. Paddle processes the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
Paddle's refund discretion
In accordance with Paddle's stated policy, refunds via Paddle are provided at the discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

For full details on Paddle's consumer terms and refund process, visit paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms.

How to cancel your subscription

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation can be completed in two ways:

Option 1 — Self-serve
Log in to your Broadable account, go to Settings, then Billing, and select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Trial. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Option 2 — Email us
Email [email protected] with your account email and request to cancel. We confirm all cancellations within 1 business day. Keep the confirmation for your records.
⚠️
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. A cancellation request submitted on the same day as your renewal may not process in time, depending on your payment provider's billing window. We strongly recommend cancelling in advance to avoid an unwanted charge.

Failed payments and billing errors

Failed subscription renewals

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you immediately by email and retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days. Your account remains active during the retry window. If all retries fail, your account will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Update your payment method in account settings or contact [email protected] to resolve.

Verified billing errors

If you believe you have been charged an incorrect amount or charged twice for the same period, email [email protected] with your transaction reference and details. We will investigate and resolve verified billing errors promptly, including a refund of any amount incorrectly charged.
