If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use any part of the Services.

⚠️
Availability: We aim for consistent uptime across all Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Downtime does not entitle you to a refund or service credit unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Section 3
Your account and responsibilities
To access any Broadable product, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the Services.
Account security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with individuals outside your organisation or team.
Account eligibility
- One account per individual or business entity. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent a suspension, trial limitation, or access restriction is not permitted.
- Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
- You may invite team members to your account according to the limits of your plan. All invited members are bound by these Terms.
⚠️
You are responsible for your team. If a team member you invite violates these Terms while acting under your account, those actions are attributed to your account and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Section 4
Free trial and access
Broadable CRM offers a 14-day free trial to new users. Other Broadable products may offer trial periods at our discretion, which will be communicated clearly at sign-up.
How the trial works
Included
Full access to the features available in the plan you select during your 14-day trial period.
Included
No charge during the trial period. Your payment method is collected at sign-up to activate your trial but will not be billed until the trial ends and you choose to continue.
Important
If you do not cancel before the end of your 14-day trial, your selected subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle.
Note
Only one free trial per person or business entity. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly access free trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
We send a reminder email before your trial ends. It is your responsibility to cancel your account before your trial expires if you do not wish to be charged. We do not issue refunds for charges incurred because a trial was not cancelled in time.
Section 5
Payments, billing and pricing
Pricing models
Broadable products are offered under different pricing structures depending on the product:
- Subscription (Broadable CRM, Broadable Tasks, Broadable Feeds): Billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- One-time purchase (Broadable Proof): A single payment grants lifetime access. There are no recurring charges. Pricing is fixed at the time of your purchase.
Payment processing
All payments are processed securely by our authorised payment partners. By completing a purchase or activating a subscription, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor:
Stripe
Stripe, Inc. processes international card payments. Your card data is held exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on Broadable servers. Stripe's terms apply at
stripe.com/terms.
Razorpay
Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd processes payments for users in India. Razorpay's terms apply at
razorpay.com/terms.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as Merchant of Record for select Broadable products. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, and receipts. Paddle's terms apply at
paddle.com/legal.
Taxes
Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax, or similar) depending on your country of residence. The applicable payment processor calculates and collects taxes automatically. The final amount charged will be shown clearly before you confirm any payment.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days advance notice by email before any price change takes effect on their account. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the revised pricing. One-time purchasers of Broadable Proof are not affected by any future price changes.
🚫
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us at
[email protected], we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and permanently ban future access to Broadable services. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will provide all transaction evidence to the relevant payment processor.
Section 6
Cancellation and no-refund policy
We do not offer refunds. All subscription payments and one-time purchases are final. However, we make it easy to avoid unwanted charges by giving you full control of your account before any billing occurs.
How to avoid being charged
Free trial
Cancel your account at any time before your 14-day trial expires and you will not be charged. You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing
[email protected].

One-time purchases such as Broadable Proof are non-refundable. There are no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access is permanent.
No refunds
We do not issue refunds for partially used billing periods, unused features, or failure to cancel before a renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing, or by emailing [email protected] with your account email. We will confirm your cancellation within one business day.
ℹ️
We send renewal reminder emails before each billing cycle. If you did not receive a reminder due to an incorrect email address on file, that does not entitle you to a refund. Please keep your account email up to date.

Prohibited
Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any part of Our IP, including screenshots used for competitive analysis or to build a competing product.
Prohibited
Using the Broadable name or logo to imply a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist without our written approval.
Feedback licence
If you provide us with suggestions, feature requests, or feedback about any Broadable product ("Feedback"), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use that Feedback for any purpose, including product development, without any obligation to compensate or credit you. We are not obliged to act on any Feedback.
Section 10
Termination and suspension
Termination by you
You may close your Broadable account at any time by navigating to your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Closing your account ends your access to the Services at the end of your current billing cycle (for subscriptions) or immediately (for free trials and one-time purchases). No refunds are issued upon account closure.
Termination or suspension by us
We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all Broadable Services immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any material provision of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 7.
- We are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a request from a payment processor or financial institution.
- Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity, abuse, or activity that poses a risk to our platform, infrastructure, or other users.
- You initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us at [email protected].
- You provide false information during account registration or at any point during your use of the Services.
In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued. We will notify you of any suspension or termination by email, including the reason, unless prohibited from doing so by law.
Effect of termination
Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Services is immediately revoked. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
Section 11
Warranties, disclaimers and limitation of liability
Service provided as is
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
What we are not liable for
| Scenario | Our position |
| Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities due to service downtime or errors | Not liable. We recommend maintaining independent backups of critical business data. |
| Damage arising from your reliance on content, automations, or AI outputs generated within the platform | Not liable. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or acting on them. |
| Third-party claims arising from content you create, collect, or publish using Broadable tools | Not liable. You are responsible for compliance with advertising standards and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. |
| Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security | Not liable. You are responsible for your account security as outlined in Section 3. |
| Changes made by third-party platforms (Google, Shopify, Stripe, etc.) that affect integrations | Not liable. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot control third-party API changes. |
Aggregate liability cap
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of INR 10,000 (approximately USD 120), whichever is greater.
ℹ️
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country.
Section 12
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected] with a written description of the issue and the remedy you are seeking. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.
International users
The Services are operated from India. If you access the Services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
Section 13
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Send an email notification to all registered account holders at least 30 days before the updated Terms take effect.
- Post a clear notice within the Broadable dashboard for active users.
Your continued use of any Broadable Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your account before the new Terms take effect.
For minor, non-material changes such as clarifications, grammar corrections, or updates to contact information, we may update the Terms without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
