Description of the Service
Proof by Broadable™ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) testimonial platform that allows businesses to collect, manage, import, and display customer testimonials. Core features include:
- Branded testimonial collection forms and video recording tools
- Automatic import and synchronisation of reviews from third-party platforms (Google, G2, Shopify, Trustpilot, and 45+ others)
- A centralised testimonial management dashboard including approval workflows, tagging, and analytics
- Embeddable display widgets including Wall of Love layouts for use on external websites and landing pages
- Team collaboration and multi-workspace functionality
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Where we make material changes to features that reduce core functionality, we will provide at least 30 days notice to registered users by email.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We aim for a monthly uptime of 99.5% but do not provide a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at the current pricing tier. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

When you register for Proof, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account login credentials with anyone outside your organisation.
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all team members added to your account comply with these Terms.
- Account registration is limited to one account per individual or business entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, trial limitation, or any policy restriction is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information during registration, or where we have reason to believe an account is being operated fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use policy
You agree to use Proof only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take action, including suspension or termination of your account without notice, where we determine a violation has occurred or is likely to occur.
Your content and data ownership
You retain full ownership of all testimonial content, customer data, and other materials you upload to or collect through Proof ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
By using Proof, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and providing it to you. This licence terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
Your responsibilities regarding content
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, store, and display Your Content through Proof.
- If Your Content includes personal data of third parties (such as testimonial authors' names and photos), you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing that data and for providing appropriate privacy notices to those individuals.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from testimonial authors before publishing their testimonials on your website or marketing materials.
Data portability
You may export your complete testimonial library at any time in CSV or JSON format from within your Proof dashboard. We will never hold your data hostage. If you close your account, we will make your data available for export for 30 days before permanently deleting it, unless you request immediate deletion.
Payment, pricing and refunds
One-time pricing
Access to Proof is available for a single one-time payment of $100 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency as determined by Paddle at checkout). This payment grants you a lifetime licence as described in Section 3. There are no recurring charges, no subscription fees, and no hidden costs.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and receipt issuance on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy, available at paddle.com/legal. Your card data is held exclusively by Paddle and is never stored on our servers.
Pricing changes
The current one-time price of $100 is an early-access price and may increase in the future for new buyers. If you purchase at the current price, your lifetime access is locked at that price and will not be affected by any future price increases. We will not charge you any additional amounts beyond the initial one-time purchase without your explicit consent.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. For full details on eligibility, the request process, and processing timelines, see our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Taxes
The price displayed at checkout may or may not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar) depending on your country of residence. Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes automatically. The final amount charged to your payment method will be displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase.
Intellectual property
The Proof platform, including its software, code, design, user interface, algorithms, documentation, and all content created by us (collectively, "Our IP"), is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of CodEye Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The name "Proof by Broadable™", "Broadable™", "proof•", and associated logos and marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of CodEye Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Our IP to you. Your licence to use the Service (Section 3) does not include any rights in Our IP beyond those expressly stated.
Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, feedback, or ideas about improving the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use that Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. We are not obliged to act on any Feedback received.
Termination and suspension
Termination by you
You may close your Proof account at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. If you close your account within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy. After 30 days, closing your account does not entitle you to a refund as the one-time licence fee is non-refundable outside the guarantee window.
Upon account closure, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination or suspension by us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any material provision of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 5.
- We are required to do so by applicable law or a court order.
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour affecting our platform, other users, or third parties.
- You initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider in relation to a Proof purchase without first contacting our support team.
In cases of termination for cause, your one-time payment is non-refundable. We will notify you by email of any suspension or termination, including the reason, unless prohibited from doing so by law or where doing so would compromise a security investigation.
Effect of termination
Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Service is immediately revoked. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date.
